Drumminor General Information

Purchasing a Site, including Pre-need

All sites available at Drumminor Gardens can be purchased at the time of interment or prior to the time of need, similar to a Pre-paid Funeral.

Pre-need When sites are purchased Pre-need they are done so at today's prices and can be reserved until such time as the site needs to be used. Leases are extended in these cases and will revert to the original lease period upon first use. This period cannot exceed the extension granted from date of issue. For further information please refer to the details of each memorial position.

Cremation Memorials

Sites for cremation memorials can be purchased for a period of 25, 50 or 75 years. When purchased on a Pre-need basis the grant will not exceed 35, 60 or 85 years respectively and will revert to the original period at the time of the first interment.

Burial Vaults

Burial Vaults can be purchased for a lease period of 50 or 99 years. When purchased on a Pre-need basis the grant will not exceed 75 or 124 years respectively and will revert to the original period at the time of the first interment.

Family Capellas

These large below ground burial vaults have the provision for a family chapel to be erected above them. There is no limit to the lease period on these sites, they are in perpetuity and therefore remain with your family forever.

Our staff will assist you in designing a memorial that reflects the individual characteristics of your loved one.

Cremation Memorials

The purchase price for all Cremation Memorial sites includes standard plaque/monumental inscription for the first interment.

Many of the Cremation Memorial sites include a below ground capsule (in capsule). These capsules are 225mm in diameter and 1 metre in depth. These allow for 4 cremation urns or up to 12 sets of cremated remains to be placed in the capsule without urns.

Additional Costs

Framed porcelain photographs are available fro most memorial sits at $250 each.

Some artwork or the use of special graphics, symbols, pictures, etc may attract additional charges. Your memorial consultant will discuss this with you if required.
